4 Types of Quick Release Shots
- Silencer – It’s the Original no-sound, sweeping motion, wrist shot release which is very effective when shooting from the perimeter.
- Snap Shot – A loaded stick blade, 8 – 24 inches off the ice, making a snapping sound when impacting the puck.
- Wrist-Snap Combo – A slight push with no sound, usually changing the angle inward towards the body with a snap action finish. This shot keeps the goalies on their toes!
- White Ice Snap Shot – The blade is loaded behind the puck (usually between 4 – 6 inches on the ice), releasing with a snapping action.
